Also, A challenge

I was challenged to accomplish something this month by someone important to me, her own weight loss blog. The challenge is… to get to 50 total runs in one month… and its simple… Minimum 1 mile long, MUST have 30 minutes inbetween sessions at minimum, AND it must be 70% running (in my case read jogging). I already added 3 to my total yesterday, and plan to continue adding good numbers till the battle is won.. (we’ll see). At the top you will see a tally of runs of the challenge as it progresses….
