Why Am I writing?

Its been reported that “By some estimates, more than 80 percent of people who have lost weight regain all of it, or more, after two years.”  (I really cant believe that!) That statistic is so shocking to me (it is!) , what are those 20% doing differently? This blog is my exploration of trying to live a healthier life, and my own experimentation to try to become one of the 20 percent. I will try things you might think silly, or something that doesn’t/hasnt work/ed for you. I invite everyone to comment on those that work and didn’t work for them. While some of these may be considered failures to some, I am only interested in what works what works for me.  Failure is always an option!


The opinions expressed on this blog are my own, and the products that I am using are products I have purchased with my own money.  As always, Before starting any new diet or exercise program please check with your doctor.
