Wellness experiment 1.1…. a new hope (see… better title right?)

that’s right… I said it! :O

So at the end of 30 days we have reached the conclusion of this experiment .  Its purpose was to test the Jerry Seinfeld  method for incorporation and continuation of habits.  In the past I have tried to blog, and it doesnt usually last longer than a few weeks (read two), then sporadically if that… posting on this blog forces me to confront some of my inner demons, as well as the fact that it CAN be fun to blog! Experiment 1.1 update, Day 9

So… I have quite steadily posted on this blog, I am finding that it is easier and easier to post. As opposed to before, I havent changed anything, I did however place it in a very visible area! I will edit this later and post a shot.

So far…

Pros: easy to keep up with, doesnt stress me out (only 1 thing to be tracked or do)

Cons: none…

Edit 6/26/2012: I promised I would post a shot of the new experiment (picture from a few days ago)… Pinned to a door I walk by every few minutes… good reminder
